Protagonize authors featured on eBookNewser’s Digital Writer Spotlight

Some interesting news for our authors today: Jason Boog of MediaBistro’s GalleyCat, a blog focusing on news in the publishing industry, contacted me earlier this week with an intriguing proposition: to prominently feature Protagonize authors on a semi-regular basis on his new blog, eBookNewser.

MediaBistro’s eBookNewser blog launched in late 2009 and dicusses news and trends in digital publishing. They plan to feature hand-picked authors selected by the leaders of writing communities around the ‘net, promoting new and upcoming writers who’ve gained a following on a variety of online writing sites.

When Jason got in touch with me a few days ago and asked if I’d be able to select a few featured authors for their new undertaking, I willingly (and happily) complied. As luck would have it, our first Digital Writers Spotlight is is none other than our very own Tricia Heighway, a.k.a. Tasha_Noble here on Protagonize. Congratulations to Trish on her selection — and on her upcoming first novel, Paddytum — and keep your eyes peeled for our next featured author on eBookNewser!
